Persona/Eastlink online bill payment
You may recently have experienced difficulty paying your Persona cablevision bills to the new provider, Eastlink. Payments made to payee 6083 Persona Eastlink have been rejected, and your account debit has been reversed. Your bill may not have been paid.
Please do the following:
- Delete payee 6083 Persona Eastlink from your bill payment payee list
- Add payee 1331 Eastlink Cable System
- Check your account history to ensure that your payment has been successful.
- For all future Eastlink payments, be sure to use your new payee 1331 Eastlink Cable System.
Please note that your payee account number can be found on your Eastlink bill.
