Secrets to enhancing your internet banking experience:

  1. If you begin your internet banking session using the Do Your Banking button on our website, you will always have instant access to the most current Internet banking version.

  2. When Internet banking software updates occur or if you delete your cookies, you will have to re-enter your memorized accounts.

  3. You are now able to rename your deposit and savings accounts to anything you wish and that change will follow into all aspects of your banking. If you rename your Blue Chip Account to My Vacation Account, when you do your banking on-line, by phone or in person, that is what you see and how we will reference your account in talking to you. You don’t have to worry about numbers anymore, just a name that means something to YOU.

To rename your account once you’ve logged in to Internet banking:

    • From the top menu, choose "My Profile"

    • An additional menu will appear on the left which includes a button "Rename Account"

    • Choose the account you wish to name from the "Select an Account" from the drop down menu

    • Type in the new name in the "New Account Name" field using only alpha-numeric characters

    • Click continue

    • Click submit

    • You will get confirmation if your attempt was successful

  4. The first time you access Internet banking, you will need to use the 19 digit (PAN) number on your Member Card. If you currently have more than one Member Card and use Internet banking, you will need to use the card with the lowest PAN number for login. For your password, use LAST FOUR digits of the card you used for login, followed by the number “8” as your personal access code (PAC) to sign on to Internet banking. You will be prompted to change it. PACs must be 5-8 digits (numbers only). Follow the links to find out about the enhanced services for Internet banking and telephone banking.

  5. If you use Internet Banking AND download your account activity into other accounting software (Quicken, QuickBooks, MS Money), there are some special steps you will have to take the first time you want to download from our new Internet banking system. Follow this link.
