Having trouble logging in to Wainwright Credit Union's internet BANKING?
Internet BANKING card changes:
If you are using internet banking regularly, you are using a 19 digit card number which is found on your MEMBER CARD®. In order to comply with a directive from the Interac Association, we need to replace all MEMBER CARDs that do not have a CHIP in them.
This chip conversion project may affect some of our member's card numbers currently being used to access internet BANKING. If the card you use to access internet BANKING begins with "5046612", this project may affect your access.
If you are having problems…
-
If you cannot log in using your card number that begins with “5046612”, and if you have another MEMBER CARD (one that begins with "6294422"), just use the "6294422" 19 digit card number.
Note: if you have more than one MEMBER CARD, use the card with the lowest 19 digit card number. - If you do not use your member card for purchases, then you must obtain a new 19 digit card number. Please come in and see us or contact us today and we will be happy to provide you with a card number so you can continue using on your internet banking with no interruption.
Once you have updated your internet BANKING access card number…
You will need to go into “Manage my Memorized Accounts” to delete the old "5046612" Card Number and add the new 19 digit Card Number you will be using for online access. You will have the option to save your new settings.
Whenever a new 19 digit Card Number is used, it requires you to re- enroll in Increased Authentication. Once you have enrolled using your new card number and have saved your new settings under "Manage my Memorized Accounts", you should not need go through the increased authentication enrollment.
