Friday, July 11

• In-branch work will be commencing at 5:30 pm (after normal business hours)
• A 24 hour help-line will be available for all member inquiries

Saturday, July 12

• Internet and telephone banking service disruption
• MasterCard Payment Card and Global Payment Card usage disruption
• Member Card ATM & POS transactions may be minimally disrupted

Sunday, July 13

• Internet and telephone banking service disruption
• MasterCard Payment Card and Global Payment Card usage disruption
• Member Card ATM & POS (point of sale) transactions may be minimally disrupted

Monday, July 14

• Due to all branch closures, all in-branch transactions will be suspended
• Internet and telephone banking services resume with new log-in procedures required. For Internet banking the "Do Your Banking" button and the Internet Banking option under the "My Account" menu will be updated with the new URL. Delete your old links in your favourites and create new favourites once you’ve accessed the new site. For telephone banking, please see our Telephone Banking Enhanced Services page.
